Gayna Hart has worked for over 25 years in Information Technology. Her particular skills are based around IT Governance in both public and private sectors; however it is her people skills and ability to provide strategic direction which has driven her success.

Following experience of large organisations where people tended to be treated as ‘a pair of hands,’ Gayna had the vision of creating a company that combines ethics with sound business sense, treating its people like a family and having fun whilst still producing impressive performance.

Consequently Quicksilva (www.quicksilva.com) has grown significantly in the past seven years, boasting high profile customers from central government to high street names. Gayna remains committed to her original values of maintaining a happy team, preserving the environment (staff use a section of the garden as a vegetable patch), supporting charities and most importantly having fun, all whilst still making a healthy profit.
