Marie-Claire has spent most of her working life coaching others to over achieve in Sales. She has worked with teams in both retail and wholesale environments and spent over ten years with Xerox Corporation, a company renowned for their expert sales training.
Marie-Claire was Sales Training Manager for over 60 sales staff in Xerox Southern Region, going on to manage a total of four very different Sales teams at the same time. One of these teams was a pilot Telesales team for which Marie-Claire won an Outstanding Achievement Award proving that Telesales was a viable addition to the company’s portfolio. Over four years as Sales Manager and then UK Sales Director of Touchpaper Software, Marie-Claire and her teams consistently over-achieved targets of up to £18million a year.
Marie-Claire now works independently as a Sales Coach and Trainer, in addition to her work as an independent Lifecoach and Managing Director of Miracle Club Ltd, a group coaching organization. She believes passionately in helping others fulfill their potential in all aspects of their lives and regularly delivers motivational and keynote speeches.
