Caroline Kinsey has over 20 years of PR and marketing experience both agency and in-house. Caroline founded Cirkle in 1998 and has since built it into a Top 130 PR agency with a £2.5m turnover and yr/yr double digit growth. Caroline's marketing and PR roles at both Colgate Palmolive and McVitie's provided her with the ideal platform to launch an agency with a strong commercial and consumer-orientated approach. This complementary mix of disciplines has proved invaluable to Cirkle's philosophy of understanding how PR supports the marketing and corporate agenda and to have greater empathy with the client perspective. She has an unswerving focus on developing and delivering strategic communications programmes which help demonstrate a strong ROI to Cirkle's clients. Caroline sits as the Chair of the PRCA SE and East Anglia regions and was recently Chair for the CIPR Thames and Chiltern area. She is listed in PR Week's Powerbook of most influential people in PR and in the 'Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite'. In 2008 she won the 'Bucks Entrepreneur of the Year' and has been shortlisted for 'Female Entrepreneur of the Year' in the national Fast Growing Business awards. She also holds the Daily Telegraph's hotly contested title of 'Britain's Fittest Director'.
